SOSIALISASI SISTEM E-GOVERNMENT DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI DAN EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KELURAHAN TONDO, KECAMATAN MANTIKULORE KOTA PALU

Abstract

The socialization of the e-government system is a strategic step in supporting the improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of public services at the village level. This community service was carried out in Tondo Village, Mantikulore District, Palu City, with the aim of providing understanding and skills to village officials and the community regarding the use of e-government. The implementation method included socialization, training, and mentoring. The results of this activity showed an increase in understanding, motivation, and community participation in using the e-government system, as well as an improvement in the responsiveness of public services. The use of e-government contributed significantly to the transparency, accountability, and efficiency of village administrative services
