This community service program aimed to develop entrepreneurial spirit among students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Abdul Aziz Lamadjido. The initiative was designed to foster self-efficacy, entrepreneurial mindset, and practical skills through a series of training, workshops, and mentoring sessions. Drawing on theoretical perspectives of self-efficacy (Bandura, 1997), entrepreneurial education (Fayolle & Liñán, 2023), and effectuation theory (Sarasvathy, 2001), the program emphasized experiential learning and reflective practices. Results indicated increased awareness, confidence, and motivation among students to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities. Despite challenges such as limited initial experience, students showed improved creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. This program is expected to contribute to strengthening entrepreneurship culture in higher education
