Abstract

Developing the capacity of village officials is a strategic step in improving the quality of public services in villages. Targeted and systematic training can be a crucial foundation for achieving this goal. This community service program focused on strengthening human resource capacity and improving public service governance for the Dolo Selatan Village apparatus in Sigi Regency. The results of the activity demonstrated increased knowledge, skills, and changes in attitudes among village officials, leading to more effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable public services
