SOSIALISASI PROGRAM PEMUTIHAN DAN INSENTIF PAJAK KENDARAAN BERMOTOR DI KOTA PALU

Abstract

The motor vehicle tax amnesty and incentive program is one of the regional government's strategic policies to ease the economic burden on the community while increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) from the tax sector. This community service activity aims to educate and increase legal awareness among the people of Palu City regarding the benefits and procedures for utilizing the tax amnesty program. The activity was implemented through face-to-face socialization, distribution of information media (brochures/pamphlets), and interactive discussion sessions with residents. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in understanding among the participants regarding the components of tax incentives, the elimination of administrative fines, and payment procedures through the local Samsat. Public awareness of re-registering motor vehicles also increased, as evidenced by the high enthusiasm of residents in the question and answer session regarding their administrative obstacles. This activity successfully bridged the direct delivery of regional policy information, thereby encouraging active participation of taxpayers in Palu City
